Three SMROOKIES Members Confirmed For Debut In 2023, Together With Sungchan And Shotaro NCT?

At The End Of The Last Episode, ‘Welcome To NCT Universe’ Announced That SMROOKIES’s Shohei, Eunseok, And Seunghan Would Soon Be Greeting Fans As Artists With Their Official Debut In 2023.

On January 25, SM STUDIOS’ variety show ” Welcome to NCT Universe ” bid farewell to the audience with its final episode. Here, it was also announced about the debut plans of three SMROOKIES members namely Shohei , Eunseok , and Seunghan (also known as SR22B).

On this episode, the three of them shared about their experiences filming their first variety show, as well as their comments on performing at the “SMTOWN” concert, and their hopes as artists and musicians in the future.

Afterwards, the three trainees were surprised when they were called to visit the office of SM Entertainment founder and chief producer, Lee Soo Man. The agency founder not only shared encouraging and cheerful words, but also shared some good news.

At the end of the last episode, “Welcome to NCT Universe” announced that SMROOKIES’s Shohei, Eunseok, and Seunghan will soon be greeting fans as artists with their official debut in 2023, formalizing the trainees’ highly anticipated debut plans.

The announcement thrilled many fans, who had been anticipating for the past year that the three SMROOKIES members, who were first introduced in July 2022, would debut as the new unit NCT .

Many fans suspect that the three members will form a new unit group with the NCT members Sungchan and Shotaro , who were introduced in 2020. The five of them (and possibly with several other trainees who have yet to be introduced) are believed to be debuting as members of NCT Japan.
